One Million Revolutions uses its own registration system for the events it produces. Since 2004 we have continually evolved the system to meet the needs of an event director. In 2006, components were added to the system to realize its potential as an awareness and empowerment tool for social and environmental responsibility. As part of an initiative to encourage carpooling to the Musselman Triathlon, a carpool module was added in 2006. And as a response to ever-increasing distances traveled by participants to reach events, we integrated a carbon offset module in late 2007.

FEATURE
DESCRIPTION
your merchant account
Use your own merchant account or ours. With yours, payments are deposited immediately into your bank account. Using ours, checks are sent to you every other week.
look & feel
An event director retains complete control over the look & feel of the online registration process. The system integrates into your existing website with the same color scheme and your own logo greeting users.
carbon offsets
Integrated carbon offset module allows participants to purchase carbon credits to offset their transportation to the event. (screenshots: calculation and report)
fee structure
Event directors can choose to absorb the processing cost or pass the fee on to registrants. If you use your own merchant account, you set the processing fee.
gift certificates
Participants can purchase or renew gift certificates valid for any event using the registration system, and event directors can create certificates valid for their own events.
discount codes
Event directors can create discount codes valid for any participant to use. Limits can be set on how many times a code is valid, or for how long.
participant lists
As soon as an entry is received, participant lists showing registered athletes are updated. (example)
participant maps
All participants are automatically plotted on an interactive Google Map, allowing athletes, race officials, and sponsors to see exactly where participants are coming from. The participant map allows athletes to organize carpools with each other. (example)
start waves
A simple tool for creating start waves defined by gender, age, or any user-defined criteria.
reports and graphs
Reports can be generated showing any data fields required, with any possible search criteria. Generated subsets of participants can be sent email messages, or the email addresses can be copied into the event director's email client. Real-time graphs display registration trends from month to month.
data dumps
Full or customized data dumps into comma-separated files suitable for import into Excel or other spreadsheets.
duplicate event
Event information can be copied to a new year with the click of a button.
additional items
Bundle additional items for sale into the registration process. For example, add a race t-shirt (with an optional description and image) for registrants to purchase while registering.
fee schedules
Create fee schedules which automatically change the price of an event's registration at a specified time on a certain date (for instance, late fees).
