The 5K event is TIMED and we will have results, but participants are encouraged to obey any traffic laws in the neighborhood. The results will be posted the same day.

Event Waiver In consideration of your acceptance of this entry into the Sellwood Scamper, I forever waive, release, and discharge any and all rights, claims for damages and causes of suits or action, known or unknown, that I may have against Foot Traffic, Sellwood Middle School, the City of Portland, any sponsors, beneficiaries, suppliers agents, independent contractors, employees and any other persons who in any way assist or are connected with this event in any manner arising out of or resulting from my participation in the Sellwood Scamper. I agree that this waiver, discharge and release also apply to my heirs, executors, administrators, & assigns without exception. I attest & verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in the Sellwood Scamper & that I will assumed & pay my own medical & emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness, or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, & that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event.
